Every day I wake up, take a deep breath, and am grateful that I am able to do so.
Amidst the uncertainty and unknowns of each day are silver linings. Knowing that I can process only one emotion at a time, I practice being grateful. Sometimes, that alone can feel like work – not because there isn’t enough to be grateful for, but because anxiety feeds itself, growing and taking over if you let it. I look to nature for my grounding, I immerse myself in the self-care of eating well and exercising regularly, and I find nourishment like never before through virtual connection.
Since the very start of the pandemic, this clean food community has come together from all over the continent to share time, traditions, food, support, comfort, more wisdom than I could have ever imagined, and love. You give me purpose and joy and I am eternally grateful for you in my life.
If you do not currently receive emails of class and event offerings, or if you don’t see what you’re looking for, please email (click here) me so I can be sure to include you moving forward, and can better understand what I can offer to support your good health both in and out of the kitchen.
I hope we will have the opportunity to gather in the kitchen soon.
