A hands-on workshop where you’ll learn everything from maintaining a starter to making dough and baking perfect loaves. Take this workshop IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY and learn all the tools and skills you’ll need to start your own artisan bread-making practice.

• In Person participants will brigng a large glass bowl to work in and will receive everything else needed in class, including starter and flour to make two loaves.

• Virtual participants will receive in advance of class a list of everything needed. You will need a starter – available from me if you’re local or ordered on-line if you’re not. Email Terry HERE for options
