Sourdough Bread Making Basics | Auer Farm | Bloomfield, CT

Join Terry at the Auer Farm for a hands-on sourdough bread-making workshop and learn everything you’ll need to know to start your own bread-making practice! Together we’ll make dough for 2 loaves of sourdough bread that you’ll bring home and bake the next day, plus a starter culture and the know-how to produce delicious, low-gluten, fermented sourdough loaves guaranteed to please.

Participants will need to bring a large mixing bowl to work in plus a 9×12 (or similar) casserole to use as a proofing basin and to carry home your dough.
