A hands-on workshop where you’ll learn everything from maintaining a starter to making dough and baking perfect loaves. This workshop is offered IN PERSON only. Participants will be asked to bring a large glass bowl to work in, a 9×12 baking dish to use as a proofing basin to carry dough home in, and will receive everything else needed in class, including starter and flour to make two loaves.
