Chef Terry has been teaching plant-based nutrition for 25 years. With four award winning plant-based and gluten-free cookbooks und her belt, this plant-based-basics class is guaranteed to get your started (or jump start you) on you plant-based journey. Learn the foundational skills to make a wealth of plant-based meals that are balanced, nutritious, and delicious. We’ll cover whole grains, legumes, protein sources, fermented foods, super-foods, and a rainbow of seasonal produce.
