Fermentation Workshop | Avon, CT

A hands-on workshop to learn the why’s and how’s of making and eating fermented foods. Gut health is at the very core of our health – from the immune system, to digestive health, to weight loss, and even mental health. Learn about maintaining a healthy microbiome with home-fermented probiotic-rich foods. Participants will prepare each recipe in class to take home to ferment and enjoy.
This workshop can be taken IN PERSON or VIRTUALLY.
(in-person spaces are limited and filled on a first-come-first-serve basis)

HOW IT WORKS:
• In-person participants are asked to bring a chef’s knife to work with. All other materials and ingredients are provided.
• Virtual participants will receive a shopping list of ingredients and supplies several days prior to class.
