COOKING CLASS | Spring Awakening | In-Person or Virtual | Avon, CT
May 16 @ 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm EDT
The flavors of spring pop in this plant-based cooking class. Support delicious good health with abundant healing and nourishing fresh herbs, protein-rich seeds and super-foods, and probiotic-rich ferments. This class will be taught demonstration-style, and we’ll gather around the dining room table after class to share the meal prepared. VIRTUAL participants will receive a link, shopping list, and prep instructions several days in advance. You are welcome to cook along with for one or two recipes, but I strongly recommend watching and then cooking in your own time. All participants receive the class recording.

Space in the kitchen is limited to 9 and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. For the courtesy of all participants, masks will be worn while we are cooking.
