COOKING CLASS | Plant Protein Primer| In-Person or Virtual

Support your good health and energy with these healthy and delicious recipes to support and fuel you in the cooler months ahead. Class is taught demonstration-style, and we’ll gather around the dining room table after class to share the meal prepared. VIRTUAL participants will receive a link, shopping list, and prep instructions several days in advance. You are welcome to cook along with for one or two recipes, but I strongly recommend watching and then cooking in your own time. All participants receive the class recording.
$105 Per Person | Includes live instruction in AVON CT, complete recipe pack, sit down meal shared with all, and the class recording.
$65 Virtual | Includes shopping list and prep instructions, link to watch live, and class recording.
Space in the kitchen is limited to 8 and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. For the courtesy of all participants, masks will be worn while we are cooking.
