COOKING CLASS | Light and Easy| In-Person or Virtual

Dive in to spring with these healthy and delicious, quick and easy recipes to help you, cleanse, lighten up, and stay evenly fueled and balanced this spring. Class is taught demonstration-style, and we’ll gather around the dining room table after class to share the meal prepared.  VIRTUAL participants will receive a link, shopping list, and prep instructions several days in advance. You are welcome to cook along with for one or two recipes, but I strongly recommend watching and then cooking in your own time. All participants receive the class recording.

$105 Per Person | Includes live instruction in AVON CT, complete recipe pack, sit down meal shared with all, and the class recording.

$65 Virtual | Includes shopping list and prep instructions, link to watch live, and class recording.

Space in the kitchen is limited to 8 and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. For the courtesy of all participants, masks will be worn while we are cooking.
