The holiday’s can be sinfully delicious and healthy at the same time! Join me as we serve up nourishment and delicious good health this holiday season. Class is taught demonstration-style, and we’ll gather around the dining room table after class to share the meal prepared.  VIRTUAL participants will receive a link, shopping list, and prep instructions several days in advance and are welcome to cook along with or watch and cook in their own time. All participants receive the class recording.

Space in the kitchen is limited to 8 and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. For the courtesy of all participants, masks will be worn while we are cooking.
