Come learn how to cook healthy and delicious dishes with courage and confidence! Discover where food comes from, how it makes us strong, and how to prepare healthy and delicious dishes with ease. Topics will include fermentation (feeding healthy gut bacteria!), eating the rainbow, superfoods with super powers, saving the planet with plant-based meals, and cultivating your inner master chef with skills to impress. We’ll be preparing food together daily, enjoying the fruits of our labors, and may even have a few treats to take home and share with family and friends.
